These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all sales made on the TITANOX® website. By completing an order, the customer confirms they have read these terms and fully accept them.
TITANOX® is a brand operated by Guangzhou Lingcai Technology Co., Ltd., Room 506, No.805 Xicha Road, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, P.R. China.
TITANOX® products are offered while stocks last. Photos, descriptions, and specifications are provided for guidance only; slight differences may exist without affecting the essential qualities of the product.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions. TITANOX® reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer or suspected fraud.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Any applicable sales tax and shipping fees are shown before final checkout.
Payments are secure and processed via Shopify Payments and its partners (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). No payment card details are stored on our servers.
Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected. A confirmation email containing the tracking number is sent as soon as the package ships.
The customer has 30 days from delivery to request a return, subject to the exceptions below.
In the event of cancellation before shipping, a flat $10 processing fee is withheld from the refund: it covers administrative handling, non-refundable payment-processor fees, and the preparation and transmission of the order to the fulfillment center.
Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled: our Refund & Return Policy then applies.
Products purchased with a discount, a promo code, or through a special offer (sales, flash sales, bundles, limited editions, etc.) are not eligible for a refund. By taking advantage of the offer, the customer acknowledges receiving an exceptional commercial benefit that excludes any subsequent refund.
TITANOX® products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the conditions below.
The warranty applies to normal domestic use only and requires a valid proof of purchase. It covers defects in materials and workmanship, such as a handle that detaches under normal use or a base that separates from the cooking surface.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, discoloration, commercial or professional use, overheating, use of the product outside the care instructions provided, accidental damage, or any modification of the product.
Separately from this warranty, a 30-day guarantee covers products damaged on delivery or not matching the description, as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
TITANOX® cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use or use contrary to our recommendations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or to an order placed on this website shall be submitted to the competent courts of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China.
Nothing in this section affects the mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or state of residence.
